How do we pay?
Card or bank account (ACH) at checkout, or choose “Pay by invoice” and we email an invoice, net 30, with your PO number on it. Monthly or yearly.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time from the billing page. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
What happens after the free month?
Your public site stays up. Publishing pauses until you choose a plan, so nothing residents rely on disappears.
What if our population changes?
Update it in settings. The new price applies the next time you renew.
Do we need IT staff?
No. If you can send an email, you can run the desk.
