Privacy

Residents. When you send a request, report a problem, or subscribe, the government you contacted receives what you entered. We use your email only to send what you asked for and status updates on your request. We do not sell or share it. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.

Requests may be public records. Depending on your state's law, what you send a government may itself be a public record.

Staff. We keep your name, email, and a scrambled copy of your password to run your account.

Website checkup. We keep the address checked and the report so its share link works.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see full card or bank numbers.
